The holidays are approaching, and ARCC is requesting donations for our Helping Hands program! The Helping Hands program is to help families that we serve throughout Bradford County. We kindly accept donations of gift card/certificates for stores, grocery items, and cash that is designated for holiday gifts. Any items that is donated we ask are new and unwrapped.
